Consent to Automatic Payment (Recurring Payments)

This consent sets out the terms for automatic renewal of a paid Deply.Rest subscription and is a separate user consent to recurring payments. The service's general terms of use are published separately on the /oferta page.

1. Services and pricing

Deply.Rest provides website monitoring information services: HTTP/HTTPS availability checks, SSL certificate monitoring, domain registration expiration monitoring, incident history, and outage notifications. The price depends on the plan and billing period chosen by the user.

2. Frequency and amount of charges

By paying for a paid plan, the user confirms that automatic renewal is enabled. The first charge is made immediately upon payment for the selected plan. Subsequent charges are made automatically after the paid period ends: monthly for a plan with a 30-day period, or annually for a plan with a 365-day period.

Each charge is equal to the price of the selected plan and period, as shown to the user on the subscription page before proceeding to payment.

3. Cancelling the subscription

The user can turn off auto-renewal and stop using previously provided payment details for recurring charges at any time in their account on the /subscription page. After turning off auto-renewal and/or discontinuing use of payment details, future automatic charges stop. The paid plan remains active until the end of the paid period, unless otherwise provided by the general terms of use or the law of the Russian Federation.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled based on the user's request sent to hello@deply.rest. Refunds are issued in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation, the payment provider's rules, and the service's general terms of use.

5. Personal data

To set up and maintain the subscription, the Provider processes account data, email, and details of the selected plan. This processing is carried out to provide the service, send receipts, send subscription notifications, and support users.

The Provider does not receive, store, or process bank card details. Payment acceptance and recurring charges are handled by the payment operator T-Bank, to whom the user provides card details directly, and which independently processes and stores them in accordance with payment system requirements. The handling of other data is described in the privacy policy .

6. Charge notifications

The service sends email notifications about an upcoming automatic charge 3 days in advance, on the day of the charge, and before a retry attempt if a payment fails. The user can turn off auto-renewal in their account on the subscription management page. The service does not use SMS notifications.
