This offer is an official proposal from Individual Entrepreneur Nikolay Viktorovich Kolesnichenko (Taxpayer ID / INN: 463234715400), hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," to enter into an agreement for the provision of information services through the Deply.Rest internet service (deply.rest) on the terms set out below.
Acceptance of this offer occurs upon registration and/or subscribing on the deply.rest website.
The Provider provides services solely for informational purposes, namely: website availability monitoring, SSL (cryptographic protocol) certificate checks, domain registration expiration checks, and sending notifications about outages and incidents.
The Provider provides the User with information services for monitoring website availability, with subsequent notifications about outages and incidents, in accordance with the selected plan.
Payment is made in advance for the selected period — 30 or 365 calendar days, depending on the plan and billing period chosen by the user.
By default, the subscription does not renew automatically: at the end of the paid period, access to the plan's paid features is suspended unless the user pays for the next period themselves. Automatic renewal (recurring payments) is enabled only with the user's separate consent, the procedure and terms of which are described in the consent to automatic payment .
The user has the right to request a refund for an unused period of service by emailing hello@deply.rest.
Refunds are issued for periods during which the service was not actually provided, within 10 business days of receiving the request, using the same method used for payment, unless otherwise required by the payment provider's rules. No refund is issued for a period during which the service was already provided.
The Provider is not liable for delayed delivery or absence of notifications caused by technical failures, the operation of third-party services, or other circumstances of force majeure.
The Provider is not liable for direct or indirect losses, including lost profit, related to the use or inability to use the service.
The Provider has the right to make changes to the terms of this offer. A new version of the offer takes effect upon its publication on the deply.rest website.
Matters not covered by this offer are to be resolved in accordance with the applicable law of the Russian Federation.
