This privacy policy establishes the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the Deply.Rest internet service (deply.rest) (hereinafter — the "Service"), which is owned and operated by Individual Entrepreneur Nikolay Viktorovich Kolesnichenko (Taxpayer ID / INN: 463234715400).

2. Collection and use of personal data

The Service collects users' personal data solely for the purpose of providing services, namely website availability monitoring, SSL (cryptographic protocol) certificate checks, domain registration expiration checks, and sending notifications about outages and incidents. Personal data includes:

• Username
• Contact information (email address, notification channel details)
• Data on the selected plan and subscription status

The Service does not request, receive, store, or process bank card details. Payment acceptance and processing is handled by the payment operator T-Bank, to whom the user provides card details directly on its own side.

3. Protection of personal data

The Service takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect users' personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Disclosure of personal data to third parties

Users' personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except as required by the applicable law of the Russian Federation, and except for data necessary to process a payment, which is disclosed to the payment operator T-Bank. T-Bank independently accepts, processes, and stores users' bank card details as the payment operator.

5. Use of cookies

The Service uses cookies (small text files placed on the user's device) to support the website's operation, analytics, and an improved user experience. Cookies help:
